According to historical data Veliuona Antanas and Jonas Juškai gymnasium was founded in 1579.
Today it is an educational institution supplying kindergarten, pre-primary, primary, basic and high school education of high quality and various after-class activities. The gymnasium permanently improves educational process, creates modern and safe environment, develops partnerships, cherishes cultural heritage of Veliuona and its surroundings.
